Poster Abstract submission
Due to the exceptional number of submissions we have received, far exceeding the space available to display them, the time required to down-select is taking much longer than expected. Submitters have already started to receive their approval or rejection, but more time is needed to complete the selection process.
We have therefore decided to postpone the end of the Early Bird discount to 23:59 CEST on April 7th
Posters
The poster format is A0 portrait (W x H = 841mm x 1189mm).

Presenters participating in the Best Posters Award must upload their poster by June 9th (23:59 CEST).
Posters will be presented in 2 sessions: Session A on June 18th and Session B on June 21st.
Deadline to upload your poster to the Indico page:
• June 9th, 2024 (23:59 CEST) for the candidates for the Best Posters Award
• June 14th, 2024 (23:59 CEST) for all the others
