We are committed to ensuring that Neutrino 2024 attendees receive the best possible support so that they feel happy and safe at our Conference and can therefore thrive and achieve their academic goals.

Please, note that registrations and all reservations to the Conference must be made through the online form, and that registrations are considered valid only upon payment.

Rules for participants from Russian and Belarusian institutions

In response to the Russian invasion of Ukraine and the subsequent statement of support from some Russian Federation Institutes and considering the recent measurements taken by the CERN council, transposed by INFN, the XXXI International Conference on Neutrino Physics and Astrophysics (Neutrino 2024) Organising Committee has decided to suspend the participation of all the researchers affiliated to the institutions located in the Russian Federation and in the Republic of Belarus in all scientific committees and activities related to the Neutrino 2024 conference.

Much as we deplore the politicisation of science, Neutrino 2024 cannot be associated in any way with such institutes. In Neutrino 2024 there will be no talks or posters by speakers or authors affiliated with Russian Federation or Belorussian institutions. As a consequence, people employed by these institutions should participate to the conference activities on personal basis (without their affiliation).

Registration Procedure

Registrations and all reservations to the Conference must be made through the online form

Please, note that registrations will be effective only after receiving the total amount due by bank transfer or by credit card.

Registration/reservation payments can be provided by:

– Credit card (VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, Amex)
By choosing to pay with Credit Card the bank will charge a commission of around 5%. The commission depends on the currency used to pay and the Country of origin of your Card and is issued by and delivered directly to our bank (Monti dei Paschi di Siena).

– Bank Transfer
By choosing to pay by Bank Transfer the bank will not have commission charges except for foreign transfers based on which country.

Please note that the receipt of payment from a non-registered delegate will not allow us to issue the regular invoice and will therefore not be valid until the correct registration has been made on our online platform.
Therefore, if you wish to register for the conference, please ensure that you have completed the registration form before making your payment.

Your registration is valid only after we have received the total amount due by bank transfer or credit card. The conference secretariat will then send you the invoice(s).
Please indicate your tax address and VAT number in the “Invoice” section of the registration form:

– In case of payment/reimbursement by your company/institution, please select “Company”.
– If you are paying independently, please provide your tax information.

Please note that:

  • No pro forma invoice will be issued.
  • All participants are required to carefully review the information provided for the invoice(s).
  • Any changes to the invoice details (e.g. address, VAT number, etc.) can only be made within 3 days of the payment date and will incur a €20 surcharge. If in doubt, please check with your company/institution administration first.

Italian participants only:
Per il rilascio delle fatture elettroniche intestate alle pubbliche amministrazioni (comprese Università, Enti ed Istituti di Ricerca), il partecipante, deve inserire tutti i dati di intestazione dell’ente, comprensivi di Codice Univoco Ufficio.

Cancellation policy for conference fees, optional tours and conference dinner:

  • Full refund for cancellations received before April 28th 2024 (23.59CEST);
  • 50% refund for cancellations received between April 29th and May 26th 2024 (23.59 CEST);
  • No refunds will be given after May 26th 2024 (23.59 CEST).

All refunds will be processed starting one month after the Conference.

A 20 € bank commission expense will be charged for refunds and changes to the invoices for administrative purposes.

All participants can request a Visa invitation letter from the Organizing Secretariat.
